RPR® (REALTORS Property Resource)

What is RPR?

RPR, provided by the National Association of REALTORS® and your REALTOR® association, is only available to REALTORS®. RPR provides comprehensive data, powerful analytics and dynamic reports.

How do you access RPR?

RPR can be access in a couple different ways through Matrix.

Option 1 — External Links Section: One way is by clicking on the RPR Login in the External Links section (see screenshot below).

 

Option 2 — Listing Details Page: Another way is by accessing RPR property reports through the icon link on a listing details page (see screenshot below).

You will notice on every page of RPR and on the support site there is the RPR Help Desk Phone Number: 877-977-7576.

You may also email or chat with the Help Desk. RPR's Support Team is available 24/7/365, and are geared up to handle a very large volume of Realtors. 

 

RPR's support website is where you can search FAQ's and ticket issues regarding RPR. A tickets is created anytime someone interacts with the Help desk.
