How to join - Office

New Brokers or Established Non-REALTOR® Brokers

Your firm must first be registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) before you can apply for membership as the company's broker, if:

· You are the New principal broker (Broker of Record)

· You are New to the REALTOR® associations.

· Your firm is an established or a newly formed real estate brokerage and you are not currently a member.

It is recommended that you review the Responsibilities for the "Designated REALTOR®" before proceeding with the membership process so that you fully understand your responsibilities.

New Broker (non-member) REALTOR® Application Process

Please bring the following forms with you to your appointment at the local real estate association of your choice

1. Completed and signed member application.

2. A copy of the Broker's license.

3. A copy of the firm's DBPR license.

4. Completed and signed Participating Fee & Activation Agreement for My Florida Regional MLS.

5. Completed and signed Principal Broker or Certified Appraiser Request to Participate Form for My Florida Regional MLS.

6. Payment for applicable dues and fees.
